Designed and built a production-ready marketing platform for an early-stage AgeTech startup, backed by a fully custom admin system that allows non-technical users to manage content without developer involvement. The platform includes a no-code admin panel for updating site content, pages, and announcements in real time. Integrated HubSpot for CRM and lead capture, along with a custom newsletter system powered by Supabase to manage subscribers, campaigns, and delivery. The system was built with scalability and maintainability in mind, enabling the team to iterate quickly while keeping the public site fast, reliable, and easy to manage.

Redesigned and rebuilt the complete UI/UX of an existing barbershop website to create a premium, conversion-focused experience. The goal was to elevate the brand perception while making the platform simple and intuitive for both customers and the business owner. Implemented a fully integrated booking system using Growthzilla, allowing seamless appointment scheduling, real-time availability management, and automated workflows. Built a custom admin experience so the client can manage schedules, services, and availability without any technical dependency. Optimized the platform for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve discoverability across search engines and AI-driven platforms. Structured data, local optimization, and content tuning were used to increase visibility in both traditional search results and AI-generated recommendations. The result is a high-performing website that attracts ~2,000 daily visitors, with peaks of 5,000+ on weekends, while significantly improving booking conversions and reducing manual coordination.
